Recipe :-

First of all, grind the leg of the chicken and then make a small, long cut on the side with a sharp knife with a sharp knife. Then put all the chicken pieces in the bowl.
 
Then you add a teaspoon of salt to the water and keep the chicken in the freeze for 1-2 hours. By the way it is up to you not to do it. If you do this step, then your chicken becomes very juicy and the stracture of the proton of the chicken also changes. If the chicken pieces have been stored for 2 hours, keep them in the freeze. After that, add salt water to the chicken and keep it aside. Then wash the pieces well.
 
Then you have to take a paste of ginger and lassoon, add more than 2-4 teaspoons, after that add half the chopped lemon juice. On the contrary, it will be that all the smiles inside the chicken will go away. And its taste will increase.
 
Now put everything well on the chicken and keep it for 30 minutes. Now it will give 3 tsp of chilli powder, then 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, black pepper powder, garam masala, kasoori methi, now 2 tbsp of curd for everyone to mix, but remember one thing there should be no water in the curd | Then an egg with the raw one.
 
Then mix all the spices well. If you want color, then add 2 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder. Now mix the spices well so that the spices go inside the chicken grind. Now keep the chicken aside for another 30 minutes. So that the taste of the spices fills the inside of the piece. 
 
Now to fry the chicken, put oil in a pan on medium flame, neither work fast nor keep it hot on fire. When the oil is hot, add all the pieces of the chicken one by one. 
 
When the chicken is done for 1 minute, then cover it with the lid and let it fry for 10 minutes on the middle fire. Now take out all the pieces and keep them aside for 15 minutes. Now after that, put the oil on high flame and then grind it again. After 5 minutes cook it. Now your fried chicken is ready. Thank you.
